Cancellation
You may request cancellation before an order is shipped or production has begun. Contact [email protected] with your order number immediately. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may still be eligible to request a return under the steps below.

Eligibility
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the order number. For hygiene, safety, or personalization reasons, certain products may be final sale when clearly identified on the product page.

How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and a brief reason. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from the listing, include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will reply with instructions before you send anything back. Please do not ship a return to the sender address without written approval.

Return shipping
If the return is caused by an incorrect, defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed item, we will review reasonable return-shipping costs. For a change of mind or other customer preference, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility. Customers are charged only once for shipping costs, including approved returns; no restocking fee is charged.

Refunds and replacements
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding non-refundable charges where permitted by law. Bank or card processing time may take several business days. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store solution instead of a refund.

Late or missing refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared, check your bank or card statement first, then contact your payment provider. If it is still missing, email [email protected] so we can check the refund reference.
